No. Aletheia works alongside your coders and billers. Our agents check eligibility, payer rules, and coding on each preventive visit before the claim leaves your practice, and surface what needs a fix.

Only the people who need it to provide the service: your authorized team, and the Aletheia staff who support your account. We act as a Business Associate and handle protected health information only as our Business Associate Agreement (BAA) with you allows.
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, protected by role-based access controls and audit trails, and stored in the United States. We never sell it or use it for advertising.
